Notification of Merger of Group Companies

Effective February 1^st, 2022, Compass Group Japan Inc. has merged with its group companies, namely Eishoku Medix Inc., Eurest Japan Inc., MFS Inc., and Nihon Kyushoku Services Inc. All existing services and operations are succeeded by Compass Group Japan Inc.
