Notification regarding Change of Corporate Name to Compass Group Japan Inc.

Seiyo Food-Compass Group Inc. changed its name to Compass Group Japan Inc. from April 1, 2021.

【Underlying reasons for the company name change】
Since our founding in 1947, our company has been providing food services by utilizing our experience in multiple industries, including the restaurant business. As a member of the Compass Group, which operates contract food services in 45 countries worldwide, we contribute to customers’ daily happiness in 1,600 different locations in Japan (as of September 2020) in four business areas: Business & Industry, Education, Hospitals, and Senior Living. We changed our company name to Compass Group Japan Inc. with the aim of further improving the value we can provide by combining our long-amassed technologies and knowledge with our expertise in global operations.

Our new corporate slogan ‘To make the world a better place through food’ was created to mark our company name change. Based on that slogan, we aim to develop as a food service company that can make our customers the happiest they can be.
